Returns Policy

OceanLED stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a two- or three-year warranty.

In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased directly from OceanLED.com, you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items purchased online can be returned online to OceanLED within 30 days of purchase.
  • You must have an original receipt to complete your return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
  • You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
  • Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.

 

RETURNS ARE EASY!

Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

  • Complete the online returns form, HERE. You will need to have your original order number, product serial number(s) as well as name and email address.
  • Once your return request has been authorized, you will be notified via email.
  • Package up your item carefully.
  • Ship your items. You are responsible for return freight, any insurance and scheduling the pickup of your package.

CREDIT/REFUND

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days. OceanLED is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. OceanLED reserves the right to refuse returns in a non-saleable condition.
