5-Year Warranty Explained
Covers: X-Series, Sport Series and Discover Series ONLY.
We stand by the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original retail purchase.
If, during the warranty period, a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use and service, we will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or component. For legacy products, we reserve the right to provide refurbished components or an equivalent product. Claims must be made within thirty (30) days of discovery.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing-related defects. It does not cover cosmetic wear, normal ageing, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental damage, or use outside the product's intended purpose or specified operating conditions. We reserve the right to test warranty products at our discretion before approving a warranty claim.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by external events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to fire, storm, lightning, power surges, chemical exposure, collision, or other natural or environmental events.
We accept no liability for damage or loss arising from the incorrect installation or misuse of our products, including but not limited to damage to vessels, structures, electrical systems, or other equipment, nor for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product and does not extend to labour costs, removal or reinstallation costs, haul-out costs, or any other associated expenses.
Proof of the original purchase date may be required when making a warranty claim. This warranty cannot be transferred to any other person, for any reason, including upon sale of a vessel.
